    This is an Australian sparkling rose wine made very much in the French style, and is a delicate pale yellow with persistent beading. Its appealing bouquet is full of lifted melon, citrus and green apple. The palate is lively and refreshing with a creamy mousse, while the finish is fresh, crisp and clean.

    Drink now to enjoy the fresh fruity flavours – Enjoy well chilled with canapes or as a pre-dinner drink.

    The base wine is fermented in refrigerated stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh fruit characters, with secondary fermentation and maturation for 6 months in the bottle, to impart subtle yeast complexity.
