During summertime, we might delay some of the order shipments when we believe that the weather is too hot to send any of our products and will proceed with the shipment as soon as the temperature drops.
When will my order be dispatched?
The Golden Clover Gift Boxes aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible.
We dispatch daily, Monday to Thursday, however demand can sometimes peak unexpectedly and we, therefore, offer the following time frames outlined below as our standard guideline for dispatch.
Please note that during periods of extreme heat, we will hold your order and notify you by email when it will be dispatched, to avoid any melted products. In warmer weather, we use packaging methods to ensure your chocolates arrives in premium condition.

The Golden Clover Gift Boxes does not supply refunds for incorrect choices or non-reading of terms.
Applications for refunds outside our trading terms will be assessed by our manager and may take a few days to process.
The Golden Clover Gift Boxes does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, we will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case basis.
Claims for credit must be made within seven (7) days of receipt or collection of the Products by You by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A copy of the slip which accompanied the Products that were supplied must be presented, failing which any such claims are deemed to be waived.
In the event we agree to the return of the Products for credit, You will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to return the Products.
If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will pay as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.
